The Jaguars youth football program was built to give young athletes in our community a place to learn the game the right way—through discipline, effort, and teamwork. What started as a small group of players has grown into a program that emphasizes skill development, fundamentals, and preparing athletes for the next level of football.
Over the years, the Jaguars have built a reputation for being tough, organized, and competitive while never losing sight of the bigger picture—helping kids grow in confidence, character, and love for the game. We align our system with Desert Ridge High School to create a true feeder program, giving our athletes a smooth transition as they move up.
From the first whistle at practice to the final snap under the lights, the Jaguars are proud to represent our community with passion, hustle, and heart.
We foster responsible, productive citizens by promoting academic excellence and enthusiasm for lifelong learning. Our objective is to prepare athletes to smoothly transition into Desert Ridge HS football.
6 Pillars of Character
T.R.R.F.C.C (Terrific)
We adopt the Arizona Interscholastic Association’s Pursuing Victory with Honor (PVWH) framework as our sportsmanship standard. The Six Pillars of Character guide our conduct on the field, in the stands, and online: Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring, Citizenship.
Note: Our 13U program is not an AIA member; we voluntarily follow PVWH to align with high-school expectations.
We win and grow together. Every player, coach, and family is part of the Jaguar family, working side-by-side toward shared goals
Doing the right thing—on and off the field. We hold ourselves accountable and play the game with honesty and respect.
We chase greatness every day. From effort in practice to performance on game day, the Jaguars set the standard high.
We use the High school playbook, terminology, culture, and standards. Athletes learn the same core language as the Freshman/JV/Varsity.
